Shipping policy

Bamvello works with carefully selected supplier partners who ship your order directly from their warehouses, most of which are located outside Canada. This keeps our range broad and our prices fair, and it means delivery takes a little longer than from a local warehouse.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

After your order ships, typical delivery times are:

• Canada: about 10–20 business days
• United States: about 7–15 business days
• Other countries: shown at checkout where we ship

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, carrier delays, holidays and weather can add time.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart, before you pay.

Orders with several items

If you order more than one item, or a kit, your items may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate parcels on different days. You will receive tracking for each parcel.

Duties and taxes

Sales taxes are shown at checkout. Depending on your country, customs may charge import duties or fees on delivery. These are the customer's responsibility unless checkout shows them as already included.

Tracking, delays and lost parcels

You can follow your parcel with the tracking link in your shipping email. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, please reach out through our contact page and we will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or a full refund if the parcel is lost.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we can update it only before the order ships.
